About the host:

miraclevie- Minnie Cheung started her spiritual studies when she was a child receiving Buddhist teachings in different lineages. She finally unfolded her yoga journey 14 years ago and started her teaching career in 2016. During different phases of her life, she practiced various yoga styles including Ashtanga Yoga, Dharma Yoga, and Iyengar yoga. She explored different healing modalities. She found herself resonating with Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra the most. She started to offer sound healing with Crystal Singing Bowls to bring more profound healing beyond asana practice to whoever crossed paths in her life journey. And music plays an influential role especially in healing emotional wounds. She intends to help people release stress and emotional attachments and connect with their life purposes. By bringing all her passions together, Minnie takes people on a journey of healing, self-discovery, and transcendence in her offerings.
