1. Registration period will be from February 25 to March 8, 2019.

2. This promo is open to the public participating in the Sun Life Bike Out 2019.

3. Sun Life Employees and Financial Advisors (including its subsidiaries, Sun Life Asset Management and Sun Life Grepa Financial, up to the third degree of consanguinity) are not allowed to join the promo nor claim jerseys for participants.

4. To join, participants must attend a GoRide GoWell Meet at Sun Life Davao office, Ground Floor, Matina IT Park Bldg 2,Mc Arthur Highway, Matina Crossing 74-A, Davao City on March 12 to 15, 2019.

5. There will be four (4) GoWell Meet sessions, only 100 slots will be opened per day from March 12 to 15, 2019.

6. To get a slot, participants must pre-register based on their desired schedule thru the provided links;

7. Confirmation and schedule will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

8. GoRide GoWell Meet will be from 6:00 to 7:00PM. Light snacks will be served.

9. Sun Life jersey can be claimed after the GoRide GoWell Meet. Jersey sizes are equally divided per day and will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

10. Only registered participants are allowed to claim the jerseys. Representatives cannot claim on other participant’s behalf .

11. Jerseys are not convertible to cash or other offers. Prizes obtained from this promo should have no taxation consequences. Whatever tax implications arise out of the ultimate treatment of the prizes shall be for the participant’s account.

12. By entering this promotion, participants agree to authorize Sun Life Financial Philippines to use their name, image and entry (in edited or modified format) in any publicity release or advertising material that may be made in relation to this promo in any medium (TV, Radio, Print) without limit as to the time and number of exposures.
