Hi, I'm Nastacia.

For years I hid who I was because I was told I was too much, too emotional, weird, "a lot", loud, etc. Sound familiar? Well, it's the biggest lie they every told us, just because they were too small. No more. So now, it's my mission to stand up to these narratives and hold anyone's hand who wants to join me.

My spaces incorporate a mixtures of authentic relating practices, embodiment, movement and sound to bring peace, love and belonging back to the body and vulnerability and authenticity back to our relationships.
