• For HKUST students only

• Please use HKUST email address to register.

• You are advised to register for two tickets maximum. Please make sure to use the tickets.

Ticket Redemption

Official tickets of "Beauty and Sadness" can be redeemed in the office of HKUST Center for the Arts. Please present your HKUST student ID card and Eventbrite confirmation to our staff for identification.

Rm 6401, Academic Building (via Lift no. 25 & 26)

Opening hours:
Monday to Friday, except public holidays
9:30am - 12:30pm, 2:30pm - 5:00pm

If registrants do not pick up tickets within 2 days after the online registration, the tickets will be released to other UST members on the waiting list.

Based on Kawabata’s last published novel, the narrative resides in a world of memory and imagination, of fiction and reality. It explores the relationships between a successful novelist, an accomplished classical painter, and her student, a beautiful abstract artist with a wild and unruly heart.
