This session combines intuitive and gentle movement with restorative sound healing to bring about deep relaxation in body and mind to counterbalance the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong living. Join us and embark on an inward experience to release stress and find ease - perfect for those with overstimulated minds and nervous systems. Open to all levels, with modifications and variations offered as necessary.
