This class will focus on building mobility and end range strength by using active flexibility drills to help you control your joints and muscles better. If you feel like you have reached a plateau in your training, or want to challenge your body in new movements, this class is for you. Options will be provided for all levels - beginners to advanced level are welcome!

Charlotte is a yoga and mobility teacher, with a background in competitive sports and weightlifting. Her goal is to help people understand their body so they can optimise it’s potential by using a mix of strength and flexibility work, with a focus on injury prevention. She firmly believes that there is no such thing as a bad movement, only ones that you are not prepared for. Her style is influenced by her studies in neuroscience, biomechanics, and different movement systems (FRC, PRI).

In-person Class: The class will be held at Sweaty Betty Pacific Place Store - Shop 120B, Pacific Place, 88 Queensway, Admiralty
Zoom Class: Please log in at least 10-minutes prior to the start time. The zoom link will be provided shortly after registration.
