About this event
Stillness and Freedom: meditation in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition
Exploring meditation as a direct, practical and fulfilling way to find more peace, freedom and clarity in our mind and in our life.
Led by meditation teachers with many years of experience, this short course is for anyone curious about meditation, Buddhism, or their own minds. Over 6 weeks, we'll be exploring a simple and effective technique of meditation—as found in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition—tried and tested over centuries and now practised across cultures worldwide. The course will focus on establishing and deepening our own meditation practice, with the support of the shared experience of the group, with opportunities for discussion, questions and connecting over tea!
“Easily the best part of my week and unquestionably one of the most important things I have discovered in my life to date.”
“A very stimulating and thought-provoking programme.”
“Whatever my experience of the day leading up to a session, afterwards when walking home... I would invariably feel more at home in myself and in the world”
