Let&#x27;s work on bringing peace of mind to your backbends.This series reintroduces you to the fundamentals of backbending which help safely and sustainably develop flexibility with stability in 4 areas of your body: upper/middle back, shoulders, hip flexors and the entire trunk. This course is suitable for all levels. You will tap into your heart space and explore the emotions that arise while deepening your practice in various peak back bending postures and transitions.
