Dynamic animal movements to warm-up, a total body cardio, strength and core work-out using body weight and the surroundings, winding down with yoga stretches. You will improve your cardiovascular fitness, functional strength, flexibility, balance and core stability - as is required on the playing fields of sport and in life. Exercises are progressed or regressed depending on ability so every single person can achieve an effective work-out. You will get the benefit of personal attention while in a supportive and fun group dynamic.
