Shane Aspegren’s unique approach to a holistic sound practice combines his multifaceted background—as a contemporary artist, composer, and experimental musician—with training in therapeutic sound traditions alongside an ongoing research into modern wave science.
Since the early 2000s, Aspegren has explored various yogic practices, which led to a deep interest in meditation and the perceived experience of the human mind & body. After diving deeper into wave phenomena for a series of installations and performances, this eventually led to the development of ONDO, a natural bridge between his creative and holistic interests.
In addition to his more extensive portfolio, Aspegren has training in Meridian Yoga Therapy, Integrated Vibrational Therapy, and is registered with Yoga Alliance as RYT-200.
