Join us for a relaxing mindfulness yoga session called 'Soothe & Move’ at Central Harbourfront in Hong Kong on the 25th of June at 7.30 PM!
'Thinking of Me' is hosting its very first event, 'Soothe & Move', and we'd love for you to join us for a basic Mindfulness Yoga Session led by an experienced yoga teacher. There will be a combination of breathing exercises and simple yoga moves, aimed to help soothe the body and mind.
It will take place on Thursday, 25th of June from 7.30 PM to 8.30 PM at Central Harbourfront in Hong Kong. This is a chance to take some time for ourselves, which is at the heart of what we do.
Where: We'll be on the wooden platform opposite Tamar Park, right by the waterfront. If you're coming from the AIA wheel, just walk five minutes towards Admiralty, head up the stairs and you'll spot us on the platform overlooking the harbour.
What to Bring: All you need to bring is some water and a yoga mat!
Please note that there will be a photographer at the event. If you prefer not to be included in any photos, feel free to let us know.
