Join us this International Day of Yoga for Solar 36 — a joyful and energising yogathon experience where we’ll flow through 36 (half) rounds of Surya Namaskars, guided breathwork, and a deep closing meditation.


Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or just yoga-curious, Solar 36 is designed to be inclusive, energising, and meaningful. Come solo, with friends, or with your family — this is a chance to reconnect with your body, mind, and breath in a shared community setting.

What to expect:


  • 🌬️ Pranayama (breathwork) to energise and centre
  • 🌞 36 half rounds (ie. only 18 full rounds) of guided Sun Salutations
  • 🧘 A deep meditative cool-down to close

    All of the above will be led by experienced Art of Living teachers

Should I bring my own yoga mat?

Yes, please!

How can I get to the venue?

The event venue is a ⁠5 min walk from Jordan MTR, Exit D or a ⁠7 min walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR, Exit B2 or A2. It is also conveniently connected by bus.

I am not sure I can do 36 rounds of Sun Salutations. Should I participate?

In addition to the full milestone of 36 rounds, we will also be offering a half milestone format ie. 18 rounds to make this more inclusive for everyone of all fitness levels. The full milestone should take about 30-40 minutes, whereas the half milestone will only take about 15-20 minutes.

Are there any ticket and entry requirements?

This is a free event but requires a registered ticket via Eventbrite. Only one entry per ticket. The event is open to people of all ages. Parents/guardians should accompany children below the age of 13 and it is their responsibility to determine if the event is appropriate for attendance.

Will this event be bilingual (English & Cantonese)

Yes this event will be bilingual and will cater to both English and Cantonese speakers.

What is the duration of the event?

Approximately 2 hours without any breaks. Please arrive at the venue about 20 minutes before the start time.

Are any food or drinks provided?

No. Please carry your own water bottle and snacks. Also note that no eating is allowed inside the venue.

Is there any suggested attire or dress code?

Please wear appropriate clothing that will allow you to practice Sun Salutations comfortably. Be ready to sweat. :)

Do I need to print my ticket for entry?

You can show a digital ticket on your smartphone. There is no need to print your ticket.

Can I bring my family & friends along for this event ?

Yes absolutely! Register your family & friends to enjoy this event together. The event is open to people of all ages. Parents/guardians should accompany children below the age of 13 and it is their responsibility to determine if the event is appropriate for attendance.
