About Network Community Connections

Network Community Connections are Community Business Network events that bring together members of the Network community and invited guests. These sessions aim to explore pertinent Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) topics and challenges relevant to the Singapore and organisations operating in this market.

Singapore Community Connection: Session Focus

Mental health is no longer just a personal issue—it’s a shared responsibility that demands coordinated action from employers, communities, and policymakers. In Singapore’s evolving well-being landscape, corporate organisations have a unique opportunity to partner with NGOs, community groups, and civic bodies to create lasting impact. 

This special Community Connections session will spotlight the efforts of NGOs, civic groups, and local organisations in exploring how cross-sector collaboration can strengthen prevention and early intervention, bridge service gaps, and deliver culturally relevant support for employees in innovative ways.

Drawing on real-world workplace and community-based examples, participants will gain practical strategies to:

• Build trust
• Mobilise resources
• Amplify the impact of wellbeing initiatives

Through presentations and case studies, the session will highlight the efforts of NGOs, civic groups, and local organisations in advancing wellbeing at work.

Networking Opportunities
Participants will have opportunities to connect with other members and invited guests from organisations, NGOs and community groups during the event.

About the Community Business Network

The Community Business Network, an initiative of Community Business launched in 2008, is a unique network of leading organisations committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in Asia. Members work together to understand diversity and inclusion issues pertinent to the region, share and develop best practices and impact positive change.

With meetings, events and projects facilitated by Community Business, DE&I and HR professionals meet regularly to network, learn, and share best practices – and ultimately, to drive positive change in their organisations.
