An intimate evening of four exquisite courses paired with four premium Silver Seal whisky. Each dish is thoughtfully paired with a distinct single cask single malt, from flame-seared salmon tartare to Angus beef tenderloin and dark chocolate mousse. Limited to one night only, this is an unmissable journey of craftsmanship and flavour.
