Road running, speed endurance & distance focus - sessions for all, with a strong emphasis on race pace.
Led by Nicole Chui, this 8-week block will help you build the strength, speed, and confidence to take on any distance - whether you’re training for a marathon, working towards your next goal, or simply curious to see if long distance workouts are for you.
