Sensory and Kids Yoga + Playroom (18-36 months)

🧘‍♀️ Nurture your toddler's development through playful exploration. Our class combines sensory play and yoga to enhance your child's mind and body growth. Join us for an exciting session led by Barbie Szeman and her team from Little Nature Wanderlust!

During our class, your little one will engage in carefully curated sensory play activities designed to stimulate their senses of touch, sight, sound, and smell. Stay tuned for our special themed classes during holiday seasons, where we dive into season-inspired sensory play!

In addition to sensory play, our class incorporates gentle and age-appropriate yoga movements that promote flexibility, strength, and coordination. Through simple yoga poses and stretches, your child will develop body awareness and enhance their motor skills while immersing themselves in a joyful atmosphere.

Can parents participate in the class?

Two parents can accompany one child at the playroom, but only one parent can actively participate in the class while the other observes from the side.

How many kids join the class?

The maximum capacity for each class is 6 kids. This ensures a personalised and engaging experience for all participants.

What should we bring for the class?

Children must wear socks in the playroom. In case you forget, you can purchase a pair at the playroom.

Is there parking available near the Children's Residency?

The parking is available at Pacific Place mall, conveniently located near the Pacific Place Apartments.
