🔍 Sensory Play & Baby Yoga 🧘♂️ + Playroom (6-24m)
Enjoy connection and calm with our weekly Parent & Baby Yoga and Sensory Play classes, designed for little ones aged 6 months to 2 years. Through gentle age-appropriate yoga and soothing relaxations, we help your child build early skills in self-regulation and calmness — all while having lots of fun! Using music, storytelling, and hands-on sensory play, your baby will explore new textures, movements, and sounds in a safe and nurturing space.
Babies develop coordination, body awareness and emotional resilience, while parents enjoy quality bonding time and learn practical tools to support their child’s well-being at home. Expect a little mess, plenty of laughter, and meaningful moments that nurture your family.
🧘♀️ During the class, we will engage in a variety of season-themed sensory play activities carefully curated to stimulate your baby's senses of touch, sight, sound, and smell. From exploring different textures and materials to discovering the magic of holiday scents and sounds, our sensory play activities will provide endless opportunities for your little one to learn and grow in a festive environment.
