Natalia is a former PR Director with over 10 years’ experience in the luxury industry working with brands from Land Rover to Dior. She left the corporate world to follow her passion for human development and became an entrepreneur in the Nutrition and Mindfulness space.

She is a qualified meditation teacher with wide-ranging training, from spending time in a monastery in Nepal to becoming a certified Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute teacher - a program born at Google and developed by thought leaders in Neuroscience, Emotional Intelligence and Mindfulness.

She spends her time running and expanding a disruptive startup, Form, naturally advanced plant-based nutrition; a global organisation that is good for the people and the planet with no compromise to taste. The company impacts society beyond products by providing a meal to a family in need via the Form Feeding Fund at Bansang Hospital in The Gambia.

She also makes time to host leadership workshops, sharing practical tools to help people live more meaningful, creative and joyful lives.

Natalia believes that wellbeing is not a luxury, but a necessity and that we all have the ability to master ourselves, one thought at time.
