12:00–2:30 PM — Chill Zone
Ease into the day with iced brew coffees, detox drinks, herbal teas, and light snacks in our outdoor lounge.
3:00–4:00 PM — Session A: B-Fit with Coach Ben
A dynamic circuit training session combining cardio, strength, and agility using dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, battle ropes, and more.
Partner up and push each other through a fun team challenge to finish strong.
→ Followed by Sauna & Cold Plunge (4:00–4:45 PM) and a wellness goodie bag of natural sleep-recovery supplements.
Instructor: Ben (NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Kettlebell Instructor, Dragonboat Coach).
5:00–6:00 PM — Session B: HIIT & Team Challenge with Coach Ash
High-intensity interval training that mixes core, strength, and cardio work with kettlebells, slam balls, skipping ropes, and agility drills.
Finish with friendly team competitions — Aqua Bag races, strength challenges, and obstacle sprints.
→ Followed by Sauna & Cold Plunge (6:00–7:00 PM) and a wellness goodie bag to support recovery and better sleep.
Instructor: Ash (NASM, TRX, Fluid X, British Basketball Coaching License).
☀️ What to Bring: swimsuit (for ice baths and saunas only), towel, water bottle, and change of clothes if needed. There are showers and a changing space.
