Can I join both fitness sessions?

Each person can join one fitness session only (either Ben’s or Ash’s) so that more people get a chance to participate. Everyone can join the Chill Zone before 2:30 PM.

What should I bring?

Bring a towel, water bottle, and a change of clothes if you plan to use the sauna and cold plunge. All workout gear and recovery equipment will be provided.

Do I need any fitness experience?

No experience needed! Both sessions are designed for all fitness levels. Coaches Ben and Ash will provide easy and advanced variations for each station.

What happens after my fitness session?

After your class, enjoy a sauna + cold plunge recovery session and receive a wellness goodie bag packed with health supplements to help you relax and sleep better.

What’s included in the Chill Zone?

From 12 PM to 2:30 PM, relax in the outdoor lounge with iced brew coffees, detox drinks, herbal teas, and healthy snacks. It’s open to all attendees.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes — limited parking is available at The Kungers and in nearby public lots around Sai Kung town. We recommend arriving early or carpooling.

What if it rains?

The event will continue as planned — most activities can be held indoors or under shelter. Please bring a light jacket or change of clothes if needed.

Can I bring friends or family?

Absolutely! Just make sure each person registers separately through Eventbrite so we can manage attendance and prepare enough goodie bags.

How do I cancel if I can’t make it?

Open your Eventbrite confirmation email and click “View and manage your order” → “Cancel Order.” This frees your spot for someone on the waitlist.
