Recognised as one of the greatest jewellery artists in the world, Wallace Chan began his artistic pursuit as a carver and sculptor in 1973. Wallace Chan - The Art of Materials chronicles the artist's very first large-scale titanium sculpture exhibition in Venice, Italy. A tribute to creation itself, the film delves into Chan's mind to uncover the intricate relationship between materials, time and space.

After the screening at Regent Street Cinema, the documentary will be shown at the IN THE PALACE International Short Film Festival (Bulgaria, February 26 – March 5, 2022), International Festival of Films on Art (Canada, March 15 - 27, 2022), Master of Art Film Festival (Bulgaria, April 6 – 26, 2022) and Roma Fashion Film Festival (Italy, June 17-18, 2022). The film has also been included in the 1.4 Awards in London and Video Art and Experimental Film Festival in New York.
