The Hong Kong Ocean in Motion Film Festival is back! Join on Saturday, April 13th, 2018 at Kerry Hotel in Hong Kong. This is in honour of Earth Day, and of course, the Ocean!

‘Ocean In Motion’ Film Evening to enjoy a variety of short and medium length movies about the ocean from around the world to excite, inspire, entertain and bring more awareness to the ocean and its importance to all of us. The event is brought to you by Ocean Recovery Alliance, an NGO based in Hong Kong.

Enjoy complimentary wine from La Cabane and beer from The Artist (while stocks last).

The evening will show a mixture of exciting, inspiring, fun, awareness-creating films to bring more awareness to the ocean and its importance to all of us. You'll come away feeling like you've been In, On or Under the water, without even getting wet.

This is the 6th year of the Ocean In Motion Film Festival in Hong Kong. The event is organized by Ocean Recovery Alliance, which is a non-profit organization that focuses on bringing creative, new ideas and collaborations together to help improve the health of the ocean.

A reception will be held from 6:00pm, with the films starting at 7:00pm (approx 80min). Enjoy a complimentary wine from La Cabane or a beer from The Artist (while stocks last during the reception - wine may also be purchased at the event). There will be a special Q&A session after the film screening, on Anything Ocean. Venue is Kerry Hotel.

Funds raised will be donated to Ocean Recovery Alliance.

PREMIER OF THE LOOP

Tons of trash is swept up our coasts every day, a lot of it out of plain sight. Two adventurers from Hong Kong set out to climb the coastline of Hong Kong to map the pollution. The unique expedition overcomes unexpected challenges and leads to bigger thoughts on how we interact with our environment.
