*Movie Screening & Discussion is free, the ticket money will be returned back to your account after confirming attendance.
**This is a special edition with BBQ as an optional activity: after regular Screening & Discussion, we will continue with a BBQ dinner going with "Hamburgers and Hoddogs" along with drinks in the balcony at the same venue.
If you wish to join BBQ dinner, please etransfer $5 CAD by 22 Aug to shaner.ysl@gmail.com to cover some basic food, non alcohol drinks, and utensils, please bring additional grillable food or any other ready-to-eat food as potluck, especially if you have food restrictions.

Welcome to the Desolation Movie Club! Join us for a thought-provoking experience through film screenings and discussion with a theme each time that is thoughtfully created. Here we only watch movies with meaning!
How it works:
Each time there will be a theme for the screening, with 3 movies as options that fit the theme.In the event, we watch trailers of all 3 movies then vote which one to watch in full.After the movie, we will discuss the plot, characters, themes, context, and whatever brings depth to the movie and makes it meaningful.
