Sake Tasting Class Overview

From this 2-hour sake tasting class, you will learn essential knowledge of sake, which covers history & culture and the production process of sake. You will then advance your understanding of sake by tasting 5 different types of  Sake.


Each participant will receive a free sake glass (made in Japan) as a takeaway gift.

Charles started his interest in Sake study in 10 years ago. He co-founded Wine Spirit (酒魂株式會杜) in 2013 and acquired International KikiSakeshi Certficate (SSI) in 2015. He delivered more than 200 sake tasting talks in various occations, such as HKTDC Food Expo, Ocean Park, HK Bar Association etc. He is also an advisor of food matching for Japanese restaurants.


Apart from his sake business, Charles is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with more than 13 years professional experience in investment banking.

Japan Property Investment Overview

Tokyo has continuously attracted the attention of investors across the world as a leading international city for property investment and redevelopment projects. Felix Cheung from Jones Lang LaSalle International Residential will share his insights on trends in the city’s real estate market, demand for tenants, rental rates, and more against the backdrop of Abenomics and the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. Property-related taxes are a key determinant of whether you should or shouldn’t invest in a country. Felix will outline the taxes that foreign real estate investors in Japan will incur when they buy, sell or own Japanese real estate, as well as the issues related to mortgage in Japan.

Felix is Head of Sales of JLL’s International Residential team and he is responsible for marketing overseas residential developments for some of the largest developers in UK, US, and Japan. He maintains a great network of high-net-worth clients, family offices and real estate investment fund across Asia, where he advises them on buying, selling, financing and managing in the above markets and diversify their investments.


Felix is an active voice in international properties industry. He is often panel speaker for institutional clients such as insurance companies and private bank. He is also frequently featured in various media outlets including Capital Weekly and Sing Tao Newspaper.

  • Upon completion of this event, a CPD certificate will be granted. A payment receipt along with the CPD certificate will be sent to you by email with 10 business days after the seminar.
