In this session, we will have a easy run for 5K & core muscle training around Tsim Sha Tsui area. Join us to engage your core, find your balance and strengthen your muscles.

19:15 Registration Begins, Bag Drop
19:30 Training Start - warm up, run, core muscle training
21:00 Back to the start point and finish

Remark:

- Please arrive 15 minutes early to register and get settled.

- Kindly note that latecomers may not be permitted to join after class has started.

- The session will be instructed in Cantonese and supplemented with English.

- We'll announce arrangement 2 hours before the event start if there is a bad weather condition
