🌹 Workshop Description:

Rooted Radiance is a trauma-informed tantric immersion designed for women who want to reclaim their pleasure, deepen their self-connection, and embody the sacredness of their feminine energy.

Through guided meditation, sacred movement, reflection, and connection, we’ll explore the wisdom of the body and the Four Pillars of Tantra in a gentle, empowering space. This is a practice of remembrance — returning home to your body, your breath, your truth.

This workshop is limited to 8 participants to create an intimate, supportive environment. Each woman will also receive a recorded guided meditation to continue integrating the Four Pillars at home.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need any experience with tantra to join?

Not at all! This workshop is an introductory experience, lovingly designed for beginners. All practices are explained in simple, accessible ways.

What does “trauma-informed” mean?

It means this space honors your personal boundaries, invites consent in every step, and allows you to move at your own pace. Nothing is ever forced or required.

Will there be any nudity or physical contact with others?

No nudity, no partner work involving touch. All practices are self-led, with optional paired sharing in a safe, verbal format only.

What should I bring?

A journal + pen A water bottle Comfortable clothes you can move and breathe in A shawl or blanket if you’d like to feel cozy during meditations

What if I feel emotional during the practice?

That’s welcome here. Emotions are sacred expressions of your body’s wisdom. You are encouraged to listen, pause, or modify any practice. The facilitator holds space for your full, authentic experience.

Is the guided meditation included in the ticket?

Yes. After the workshop, you’ll receive a recorded guided meditation to support your continued practice with the Four Pillars of Tantra.
