葡萄風乾後重量下降40%，其釀出的顏色、單寧都變得濃稠豐富，風乾過程產生的貴腐黴則使葡萄產生甘油，令酒液更加柔和可口……
義大利葡萄風乾法(Appassimento)遠從羅馬帝國就開始風行，原先多釀出甜型酒款，直到釀造時酒中酵母吃光了糖分而「意外」誕生干型酒Amarone而驚艷國際市場，18世紀由Boscaini家族擁有的Masi酒莊，就是將義大利傳統風乾葡萄文化添入現代化思維的創新代表，更是反對一味引進國際品種、復育當地原生種的先驅者。
Masi現任的主人——家族第六代Sandro Boscaini對區域葡萄栽培法及區域土質不懈研究，致力讓每一塊單一區域都釀出無一無二的酒款，其家族經營時不僅買下該區幾處最佳葡萄園，更管理貴族Serego Alighieri（詩人但丁後裔）擁有的超古老葡萄園，種有根瘤蚜蟲病發生前的Molinara原生種，現在由Masi來代釀經銷，更顯其品質認證。
桑德羅的父親Guido Boscaini更是位眼光獨到的創意釀酒人，曾以釀出標誌性酒莊酒（仿效法國單一葡萄園）為目標，於1950年代打造出Masi第一款單一葡萄園Campolongo di Torbe，這支Cru版本的Amarone被視為義大利單一園的先驅，其後Guido又在1964年獨創Ripasso葡萄酒——Campofiorina來與Super Tuscan浪潮抗衡，作法是將Valpolicella紅酒中加入風乾葡萄皮與渣，將Ripasso這般遠溯至中古時期的釀酒法強勢回歸，使Valpolicella不再淡薄更添滿風韻。到了其子Sandro Boscaini，又把Ripasso再進化，將父親原創再傾回「整顆」半風乾的乾縮葡萄（而非皮渣），酒體複雜度更高更優雅，將義大利原生葡萄酒再度推往創新舞台。
守護義大利原生根種，承襲釀造精神，樹立優質義大利葡萄酒的品牌形象，Masi酒廠被稱為義大利最具代表性的酒莊，Amarone風乾葡萄酒專家。

- If a refund request is received 48 hours or before prior to the event, an 15% administration fee will be charged, and remaining amount will be credited for your next purchase and valid for 6 months since event date.
- If a refund request is received within 48 hours prior to the event or after the event, no refund will be eligible.
- Ticket will be fully refundable with medical proof dated on the event date.
