Over the years, Dick has successfully provided expert demonstration in various legal cases, demonstrating his expertise in assessing and resolving water leakage issues. His comprehensive

understanding of construction and building regulations, combined with his commitment to professional integrity, has made him a trusted consultant in the industry.
