With the rise of Asia-based family offices and the continued entry of international institutions, institutional investment into real estate has become a permanent part of the investment landscape.  In this talk, Victor Yeung will discuss that institutional investors see real estate as one of their three major allocation vehicles.  The talk will focus on how investors generate their investment targets, how they weigh each allocation decision by its risk and reward characteristics, and how investors usually execute these investment decisions under the changing business environment.
