Are you preparing your assessment and having difficulities writing the submission or building a study plan?


We are grateful to have our newly elected member Mr Nathan Chung  and Nestor Ho as our guest speakers to share some tips and advice with you on how they prepared the assessments.


This free workshop will cover:

  1. Time planning for preparing the assessment
  2. Important notes & writing ideas - Summary Of Experience & Case Study
  3. Final Interview tips- Materials Preparation - Presentation & Question-Answering Skills


Guest Speakers:



Nathan Chung is an Assistant Building Surveyor at Perfect World Company Limited. He began his career as a Maintenance Surveying Graduate at Architectural Services Department, where he has acquired ample experience in building pathology, maintenance management and legal/ regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Perfect World Company Limited, he also worked at CBRE Limited specialising in project management of fitting-out works.


Nathan was graduated from the University of Hong Kong with Bachelor of Science in Surveying. He has been qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor by RICS in 2019.


Nestor Ho is a Project Manager in Daniel Tong Chartered Architect and Associates Limited. He started his career as a Building Surveyor Trainee in Swire Properties Limited to receive a series of on-the-job training ,where he gained practical experience in legal/regulatory compliance of building development, building maintenance and project management. In Daniel Tong Chartered Architect and Associates Limited, he has been involved in managing various types of A&A works from inception stage to completion stage.


Nestor was graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University with BSc (Hons) in Surveying. He became RICS Chartered Surveyor in 2019.
