Event overview:

RICS is going to hold the first Evaluative Mediation training in Hong Kong. Upon enrolment, you will be trained to act as an evaluative mediator, and will be guided through a variety of practical situations. You will also learn how to deal with challenges that are specific to the evaluative mediation process.

When you have completed the course, you will be listed by RICS as an Evaluative Mediator. This will allow you to be considered for appointment by RICS to act as an evaluative mediator.

This free seminar will give an introduction of mediation, evaluative mediation, and the Evaluative Mediation training course offered by RICS.

*RICS Evaluative Mediation training is suitable for those who have passed RICS Facilitative Training modules one and two, or for mediators accredited by HKMAAL.



Mr. Winston Siu, Winston is a mediation practioner, trainer, coach and assessor for various mediation programmes. Winston is commercial mediator accredited by CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution, London), general mediator accredited by Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, Hong Kong Mediation Centre, and CEDR trained mediator assessor.

Winston was in senior management in private and public companies involved in real estate development, construction, investments, real estate brokerage, anagement consulting before he becoming a mediator.
