Get ready for the SIP N' SWAP Party hosted by Revamp at Dara! Join us on Saturday, 19th July 2025, and immerse yourself in a vibrant atmosphere celebrating sustainable living and conscious fashion.

Exchange your pre-loved items and discover eco-friendly treasures while enjoying drinks, music and good vibes all around. Embrace a greener lifestyle by choosing secondhand.

Alongside the clothing swap, we are excited to host a curated selection of clothes, bags and shoes for sale. All funds will go directly into enhancing Revamp's curated collections and future events.

“How To Swap” Guide

Swapping is an easy an enjoyable process - our 8 simple steps allow you to maximise each experience and successfully rotate their wardrobes with value for value.

1. PURCHASE your entry ticket online. Ticket priced at HKD100. Each ticket comes with one (1) FREE drink and one (1) raffle* entry.

*Get a chance to win a HKD500 DARA dining voucher.

2. Clean your wardrobe and SELECT up to 10 items** to trade in - ALL Sizes, Shapes, Styles & Colours are encouraged.

**If you would like to bring more than 10 items, these will be classfied as a donation and will not be eligable for additional swap credits.

3. Be sure to CHECK each item for defects. Items must meet our Exchange Eligibility standards to be accepted – to ensure you maximise your swopping experience, please only bring along clothes that are in good condition, good enough to give to a friend.

4. Come along to our pop-up swap event and TRADE IN your items for swap credits. We will cross check your items upon arrival and you'll receive a wrist tag with the number of swap credits indicating how many items you can take. 1 item of clothing = 1 swap credit

5. SIP N' SWAP: Enjoy your spree! - our racks will be filled with other attendees pre-loved clothing.

6. We highly encourage you TRY on all the clothing before checking out. We want to ensure all items go to a home where they will be worn and enjoyed.

7. Once you’re done looking through the racks and tried on your chosen items, CHECK-OUT your clothing in exchange for the number of credits you have. Any left-over credits will be converted into raffle draw entries.

8. Congratulations, you have now REVAMPed your wardrobe -- the sustainable way by choosing secondhand. Wear, enjoy and love your new (to you) clothes - Tag us in your swap finds @revamp.hongkong and see you at our next pop-up!

Exchange Eligibility

Revamp strongly encourages fair trading at our swap event, with swappers exchanging clothing that is in great condition (good enough to give to a friend), good quality textiles and freshly cleaned ~ ready to be worn in it’s new home!

What Items Are Eligible?

- All Sizes, Shapes, Styles and Colours are encouraged.

- Casual wear, business wear, evening wear, holiday wear – all seasons, all occasions!

- Dresses, Tops, Shirts, Jackets, Jumpers, Skirts, Shorts, Jeans, Trousers, Suits… all styles!

- Shoes, Accessories, Hats and Bags will also be accepted

- All gendered clothing is welcome.

*We cannot accept Underwear, Socks, Sports Team Jerseys, Clothing with slang.

**Swimwear and Athletic wear will only be accepted if brand new with tags on.

Please kindly check for:

- Odours and strong smells

- Holes, rips & tears

- Missing buttons / broken zips

- Faded colours

- Balling & Pilling

- Stains, Scuffs and Marks

***Items with defects will not be accepted. Only eligible items can be swapped ~ check your clothes ahead of time to make the most of your swapping experience.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to Revamp events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ownership of Traded Items

When you trade in clothes to Revamp they become the property of Revamp until they are traded out. If items are not traded out, they may be donated to a charitable organization at Revamp's discretion. During the time of ownership, Revamp reserves the right to use the clothing in any way they deem appropriate, including but not limited to upcycling and resale.

2. Upcycling and Resale

Revamp reserves the right to upcycle traded items and resell them with modifications. This process aims to promote sustainability and creativity within the community.

3. Liability

Revamp is not liable for any loss or damage to your items once they are traded in. Once your item is traded in and becomes the property of Revamp, it may be selected for trade out by another member as soon as it is placed on the rack. By trading in your items, you acknowledge and understand that the item no longer belongs to you. If you change your mind after trading in your item, please note that we cannot guarantee its availability for reclaiming. (If the item is still available, the only way to get it back is to trade it out yourself for the same number of credits it was initially valued at.) This policy is in place to promote sustainability and community sharing, ensuring that all items continue to circulate within our eco-friendly fashion ecosystem.

4. Event Participation

Participation in Revamp events is subject to availability and may require prior registration. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Changes to Terms

Revamp reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in events constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
