Reading Hike
A leisurely social hike to connect with literature, nature, and each other.
Pineapple Dam trail is popular for very good reasons - it is a feast for all our senses. Listen to bird songs, hug the paperbark trees, and savour the views with the perfect combination of greens and blues. The butterflies and the monkeys love it too, so they accompany us all along the trail.
The trail is shaded and has many rest spots designed to really soak in the beauty. That's what makes it a perfect reading retreat.
Bring a book you are reading, avoiding, or meaning to read. You might find the company of fellow readers and the beautiful natural reading nooks to be the perfect setting to enjoy your book.
We'll have quiet reading time during breaks and connection and conversation time during the walk.
