The Venue:

Private property at a secluded beach on beautiful Lamma Island, a perfect getaway from Hong Kong’s high-rise cityscape. Camping on the beach. Toilets available.

Bar and food available on site.

Notes:

• For group tickets groups must arrive together as the ticket can only get scanned once
• This is an outdoor event. The event will go ahead rain or shine unless there is a T3 or higher. No refunds once tickets are purchased unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

The legal stuff

By purchasing a ticket to this event held by Dimension 5 Productions Hong Kong (D5HK hereafter), you will assume all of the risks of attendance of this event, including by way of example and no limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the organisers (D5HK) or the venue, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault.

You waive, release, and discharge from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for your death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to you including your traveling to and from this event, the following entities or persons: D5HK and this event, and/or their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, and the event holders, sponsors, and volunteers.

You indemnify, hold harmless, and promise not to sue the entities or persons mentioned above from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this event, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise. Purchase of the event ticket and attendance of the event indicates both understanding and acceptance of the above conditions.
