Our in-person Qi-GONG & TACHI SELF-DEFENSE class is perfect for you!
Combine the calm, flowing practice of Qi-GONG with practical, effective self-defense techniques using the tachi sword. Whether you're a beginner or just curious, come hang out, get fit, and feel empowered in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Don't miss out on this unique experience!
You are warmly invited to attend our Qi-Gong sessions at the London Centre, Wednesdays 6.30-8pm (doors open at 6.00pm)
The sessions are offered on a pay what you feel basis. If you are unable to make a donation please do still join us.
You can just drop in at the centre or register here on Eventbrite.
