International Association of Facilitators, Hong Kong chapter (IAF HK) is organizing a Get-Together around the topic of Core Competency A: Create Collaborative Client Relationships.

This competency is one of the six IAF Core Competencies framework developed to support facilitators' professional development path. (Click to view more)

We will begin with a networking activity to connect with fellow professionals in the community. Then, we'll focus our discussion on Core Competency A: Create Collaborative Client Relationships, exploring challenges, past experiences/case study, and actionable learning.

Come join us to understand, learn, and connect as we work on improving our facilitation skills using the IAF Core Competencies. This is also an opportunity for us to catch up and connect with people who are interested in facilitation.

Our facilitators:

Sang Gil (Joseph) Nam is a Strategic Learning & Development Leader. He is also a Certified Professional Facilitator (IAF-CPF) and Associate Coach (KCA) with a passion for empowering people and cultivating agile, growth-oriented cultures in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

What is IAF Core Competency?

The IAF Core Competencies framework was developed over several years by the IAF with the support of its members and facilitators from all over the world.
