Event description

Description

Service design is a process in which the designer focuses on creating optimal service experiences with a sustainable business model. Smart technologies also play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of service. Therefore, excelling in service design requires designers to take a holistic view of all actors and factors involved in the creation and delivery of the service. These factors include users, activities, interactions, and environments, among others. Therefore, a designer uses a wide range of design tools for exploration and creation. In this lecture, Prof Mager and Dr Lee will discuss the emerging trends, methods and tools that drive the future of service design.
