About this event

These classes are meant to create a community of healthy mama's and foster a bond with yourself and your baby.

Together we will practice gentle breathing that is safe for pregnancy and gentle activation and relaxation of the pelvic floor thus, increasing pelvic floor awareness.

The yoga portion will consist of stretching poses specific to keep the best mobility in your body and ease labour and reocvery. The strength portion will focus on stabalizing important parts of our body to be able to endure carrying baby inside of us and also once baby is out.

The intention behind these classes are to nourish your nervous system, to improve our ability to self calm, reduce stress, and boost your mood. Which will inturn impact and soothe your tiny human.

On sunny days classes are held by the GAZEBO at Cooper's Park off Marinaside Crescent. On days that need some indoor shelter, classes will be at ### Cambie St - Yalewown. Information will be updated in WhatsApp (+12365136061) group for all participants.

What month of pregnancy can I join?

Any stage of your pregnancy is safe to join - unless you have been advised otherwise by your doctor.

I just gave birth. Can I bring my baby with me to classes?

If you are medically cleared to resume physical activity and stretching, you are definitely welcome to bring baby to class. The more the merrier!
