親密關係源於愛。然而，我們的文化常常將愛視為名詞，隨著關係的成熟，愛似乎停滯不前。藝術家黃碧琪和音樂家 Gold Mountain 將愛轉化為動詞，量身定制工作坊。在這個專屬的時空裡，參加者以身體、語言和共同的記憶為起點，引入了一些可以融入日常生活的活力練習，鼓勵他們在課程結束後繼續實踐愛。工作坊將以英語或粵語進行，歡迎情侶或單身人士參加Artist Wong Pik Kei and musician Gold Mountain transforms love into a verb, offering a tailor-made workshop. In this dedicated time and space, participants are given the opportunity to rekindle and practice love. Agenda

在私密舒適的空間中迎接參加者，設定意圖，介紹練習理念並準備聲音環境。                            Welcome and intention setting in a private, comfortable space. Introduction to the practice
philosophy and sound environment preparation.

設定意圖 Pre-workshop (10 min)

透過引導練習，運用身體感知、共同回憶及溝通技巧進行探索。Gold Mountain 創作現場聲音景觀，營造親密氛圍。                                                                                                                                                                   Guided exercises using body awareness, shared memories, and communication techniques. Live soundscape creation by Gold Mountain enhances the intimate atmosphere.

探索練習 Main Workshop (40 min)

參加者以鋁箔創作雕塑，表達他們在工作坊中的體驗，這些作品簡單、觸感性強且深具個人意義。Participants create aluminum foil sculptures expressing their workshop experience - simple, tactile, and deeply personal artistic responses.

創意回應 Creative Response (10 min)

參加者將獲得工具與練習方法，幫助他們在日常生活中繼續「練習愛」，延續工作坊的修習成果。Participants receive tools and practices to continue "practicing love" in their daily lives, extending
the workshop's impact beyond the session.
