Season One Festival - a celebration of hope and one

In September, energy shifts, balance is restored, and the season symbolizes both hope and new journeys. Together with local creative collective Cultkey, THE HIDEOUT will present the two day Season One Festival in a forest and garden setting, featuring live music, wellness experiences, creative workshops and a market that invite participants into an immersive sensory journey.

We welcome all music lovers, creators and wellness practitioners to connect deeply with nature through music, movement and artistic expression, and to embrace the new beginning that September brings.

Season One Festival is more than just a gathering. It is a space to reconnect with nature, community and the self.

九月，萬物能量轉換、回歸平衡，也象徵著希望與啟程。THE HIDEOUT 聯同本地創作團隊 Cultkey，於森林與花園之間，舉辦為期兩日的Season One Festival，內容包括現場音樂、身心靈體驗、藝術創意工作坊，為參與者帶來沉浸式的感官之旅。

我們邀請所有音樂愛好者、創作者與身心靈實踐者，一起在音樂、身體律動與藝術創作中，與大自然深度連結，一起迎接九月的新開始。

這不只是一個普通的 festival，而是一個與大自然、社群與自我重新連線的一個新生代聚會。

Festival Ticketing & Booking Conditions

1.⁠ ⁠Ticket Booking

• Festival tickets will be available to book starting August 20, 2025.

• Upon purchasing your festival ticket, you will receive an email with links to sign up for wellness activities and workshops.

• Note: A festival ticket is required to participate in wellness activities and workshops.

2.⁠ ⁠Wellness Program Booking

• Signups for wellness activities open on September 10, 2025, via the booking link provided in your ticket confirmation email.

• You may select your desired wellness classes through the online booking system.

3.⁠ ⁠Workshop Booking

• Signups for workshops are available in advance starting August 20, 2025, via the booking link provided in your ticket confirmation email.

General Conditions & Rules

• Outside alcohol, glass bottles, and illegal substances are not permitted.

• Bag checks may be conducted at entry.

• Please respect the natural surroundings and help minimize waste by disposing of rubbish responsibly.

• This is a community-centered festival — be mindful of personal space, respect performers and fellow participants, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash and under control at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Please respect non-smoking zones, especially around wellness and performance spaces.

• Bring your own reusable bottles and cups if possible. Water refill stations will be available.

• The festival is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep valuables safe.

Outdoor Music Show Conditions

1. Weather – The show will continue in case of a Yellow or Red Rainstorm Signal. In the event of a Typhoon Signal No. 3 or higher or Black Rainstorm Signal or ''Extreme Conditions Signal'', performances may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled for safety reasons. Updates will be announced on-site and online.

2. Sound & Environment – Music volume will follow local regulations. Please respect the natural surroundings and help minimize waste by disposing of rubbish responsibly.

3. Health & Safety – Stay hydrated, wear comfortable clothing, and protect yourself from sun exposure. First aid support will be available on-site.

4. Performance Schedule – Timings may be subject to change without prior notice depending on weather and operational needs.

5. Noise Awareness – Ear protection is recommended for young children or sensitive participants.

Wellness Program Conditions

1. In case of rain, some wellness classes may be postponed. Your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled session, and details will be announced at a later date.

2. Weather updates will be provided on the day of the program. Since all classes are held outdoors, their availability depends on rain and other weather conditions, which are beyond our control. Some classes may still take place if conditions allow, while others may need to be adjusted or postponed.

3. Please bring an extra set of comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor practice.

4. Participants are responsible for their own safety and self-care in the event of any injury.

5. Classes will begin on time; latecomers may not be admitted once a session has started to avoid disturbance.

Wellness Program Signup Conditions

a. Signup opens on 10th September.

b. Signup is available both online and on-site at the event, with half of the spots reserved for online registration and half for walk-in participants.

c. If online registration is full or you are unable to register online, you may still sign up at the venue. On-site registration is based on a first-come, first-served basis and will be limited to half of the total class quota. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your desired class to queue and complete your registration with our staff at the entrance of the Wellness Garden.

d. We encourage all participants to attend the class they have signed up for to secure their spot and allow others the opportunity to join if spaces become available.

一般條件與規則:

禁止攜帶外部酒精飲品、玻璃瓶和非法物品。
入場時會進行背包檢查。
請尊重自然環境，並處理好個人的垃圾以減少環境污染。
這是一個以建立Community為中心的Festival，請注意尊重個人空間，尊重表演者和其他參與者，並幫助維護安全和友好的環境。
12歲以下兒童必須由成年人陪同。
寵物歡迎，但必須用牽繩控制，並由主人負責清理牠們的排泄物。
僅可在指定區域吸煙。
現場提供飲水補給站，我們鼓勵參加者攜帶自己的可重複使用的水樽或水杯。
主辦方不對遺失或被盜物品負責，請妥善保管貴重物品。

戶外音樂表演細則:

1.天氣

黃色/紅色暴雨警告的情況下，音樂表演將繼續進行。
如果懸掛三號或以上颱風信號、黑色暴雨警告或「極端情況」信號，出於安全考慮，表演可能會延遲、重新安排或取消。相關更新將於現場和線上公告。

2. 聲音與環境

音樂節的音量將符合本地法例。請尊重大自然環境，並自行負責地處理自製的垃圾。

3.健康與安全

保持充足水分，穿著舒適的衣物，並注意防曬。現場提供急救支援。

4.表演時間表

根據天氣和操作需求，時間安排可能會在無提前通知的情況下更改。

5.噪音保護

建議為幼兒或對噪音敏感的參與者提供耳部保護。

Wellness 課堂細則:

1.如果遇到下雨，部分課程可能會延期。您的門票將繼續適用於重新安排的課程，具體細節將稍後公告。

2.天氣更新將於活動當天從香港天文台得知及通告。由於所有課程均在戶外舉行，其舉辦情況取決於天氣條件（如下雨），這是我們無法控制的。在條件允許的情況下，部分課堂可能仍會進行，其他課堂則可能需要調整或延期。

3.請攜帶一套適合戶外活動的舒適衣物。

4.參與者需自行負責安全，如因Wellness 課堂遇任何意外或不適，需自行負責處理。

5.遲到者可能無法入場，以避免影響課堂進行。

Wellness 課堂報名細則:

1. Wellness 課堂報名將於9月10日開放。

2. 報名可通過線上和Festival 現場進行，名額一半保留給線上報名，另一半保留給現場進行。

3. 如果線上報名已滿或您無法在線上報名，仍可在Festival 現場報名。現場報名以先到先得為原則，並限於課堂總人數的一半。請於所選課程開始前15分鐘抵達，在Wellness Garden入口排隊並與我們的工作人員完成報名手續。

4. 我們鼓勵所有參與者按所報名的課程準時出席，以確保您的名額，並讓其他人能在有空位時參加。
