Day 1 | 10 Jun (Wed): Nicole will help you along your post natal recovery journey by firstly helping you understand the essential elements needed for optimal post natal recovery.

The remainder of the session will focus on re-aligning and re-connecting your core. This session will also include an individual assessment for diastasis recti.

Day 2 | 17 Jun (Wed): This session will include a review of exercises from the first session and then continue to build on these basic exercises.
