Posso invites guests to an intimate culinary adventure on Sunday afternoons. Led by Chef Max Wong, the workshops are priced at HK$950 and conducted in two sessions. Session 1 (12-3pm) and Session 2 (4-7pm).

Guests will learn to craft the perfect cappelletti from scratch in a communal and fun setting with a free flow of wines and Italian bites throughout the class. At the end, participants can savour two pasta dishes from Chef Max while leaving with their handmade pasta in tow.
