普拉提是一種是在1920年代期發展起來的,它是一種需要身心結合的運動,而且會很注重透過呼吸去幫助全身的運行,加上配合你的頸椎,胸椎,腰椎以及骨盆的參與,以改善你的身體姿勢和提升你其他日常運動的表現,而且將會專注加強你的核心肌肉,去提高你的整體靈活性和穩定性。

Pilates is a systemized form of exercise that was developed in the early 1920's. Pilates is a mind-body exercise, through-out the breathing and full body movement which will work-out from your cervical, thoracic, lumbar and pelvis to improve your body posture and optimize your daily performance, as well as it will focus on strengthening your core muscle to enhance your overall flexibility and stability.

在這個Mat普拉提工作坊,我們將學習如何改善我們的呼吸模式和重新學習如何將我們的脊椎做分節活動,讓脊柱提升更多靈活性。這些練習感能夠幫助喚醒你的肩膀及髖關節活動度,甚至強化核心肌肉,以提高我們整個身體內外的平衡。

In this Mat Pilates workshop, we will learn how to promote our breathing pattern and articulating our spine. We involve a lot of breathing exercises to provide the flexibility for the spine. There are exercises that waking up your shoulders & hip joints and even the core muscles in order to enhance our balance in and out.

-活動將以粵語進行
-上課前1-1.5 小時前先進行便餐,由於會進行仰臥和倒立運動時請避免飢餓或過飽。

-請穿著舒適的上衣和下裝以及襪子。

-Session will be conducted in Cantonese.

-Eating a light meal 1-1.5hour before your class can prevent you from feeling hungry or too full, especially when you are working out the supine and inverted exercises.

-Please have yourself worn the comfortable Top & Bottom, and Socks.
