Unlock ancient wisdom for modern living l

Parting From the Four Attachments is a classic Buddhist text that will be presented in a way that is relatable to modern-day people.

This foundational Tibetan Buddhist teaching was first revealed by Manjushri, and passed down through the lineage of the Sakya master Sachen Kunga Nyingpo.

Khöndung Asanga Vajra Rinpoche will explain how releasing our grip on temporary pleasures, self-focus, and rigid ideas, can transform our experience of life. We can learn to find a more secure and trustworthy happiness for ourselves and for others.

This practical, step-by-step, mind training teaching will focus on:- Looking closely at our lives- Questioning our habits and attitudes- Questioning the things we are attached to and- How to let attachments go

In 2024, he completed the traditional Buddhist philosophical studies and began an MA in Buddhist Studies at the SOAS University of London.

How to participate

This event will be held in person and online, at our London Centre.

BOOKING ENDS on Friday July 18th, 5pm

Zoom details for online attendees will be in the eventbrite reminder emails 2 days and 2 hours before the event.

It is of much greater benefit to you to receive these precious teachings in person, so we would only recommend joining online where this is truly the only option. If you join us online, out of respect for the teacher this needs to be in an environment without distractions for the entire teaching. You are actively encouraged to keep your camera on so that Rinpoche can connect with you.
