Participatory Workshop: Fertility Intentions of African Migrant Women in HK
By Africa Center Hong Kong
Overview
This participatory workshop offers a safe and culturally sensitive space for sharing about fertility journeys. Only 15 slots available.
African migrant women in HK face intersecting challenges, such as language barriers, healthcare inequity, and cultural stigma that remain under-researched. They also lead productive lives, which include work and family life. However, African migrant women remain invisible in migration research in Asia. This study focuses on the fertility intentions of African migrant women in Hong Kong.
This participatory workshop will allow participants to share about fertility experiences in a safe space.
