Enjoy a free Sunset Yoga + Sound Therapy class, as well as a gathering to meet friends. A booking fee is required to prevent no-shows only.

Join us for a serene Park Yoga + Sound Therapy session in the park, a free event blending breathing exercises, 45 minutes of sunset Hatha Yoga, and 20 minutes of crystal singing bowl sound therapy.

Please note: Please be aware that we will be capturing photos and videos throughout the class for sharing and promotional purposes. If you are comfortable with this, we would love to have you participate and possibly feature in our class media.
