On the last Thursday of each month, we'll get together to share experiences and support each other through challenges like:

Managing feelings of fear and despair as a parent
Dealing with changes in the world that compromise your values and complicate your ablity to parent
Having to say no when all anyone else wants to say yes
Finding time for yourself without feeling selfish

No, while the conversation will be focused on a particular topic, it is a chance for parents/carers to share experience, ask questions and draw on the support of others who are going through similar experiences. There will be no microphones or powerpoints.

WIll I need to talk?

No, you can join us and simply enjoy being around others who are more willing to speak. The hope is to build community, not force anyone out of their comfort zone.
