Parent Counselling Class
This class provides practical approaches to help parents nurture meaningful and confident connections with their baby.
The first months of a baby’s life are a crucial period for emotional and neurological development. A secure and loving attachment between caregiver and infant lays the foundation for a child’s confidence, emotional resilience, and lifelong well-being. This class introduces the science behind bonding and provides practical approaches to help parents nurture meaningful and secure connections with their baby.
Whether you are preparing for your first child or welcoming another addition to your family, this session offers supportive guidance to help you understand your baby’s cues, respond with calmness, and embrace early parenthood with confidence.

• Understanding your baby’s signals through mentalization and reflective functioning
• Recognizing how your own childhood experiences may influence your parenting style
