Event overview

The Belt-and-road initiative launched by the Chinese government has led to increase in volume and average dollar value of construction and infrastructure projects in European and Asian countries along the belt and the road regions. A-grade commercial projects, hotel or leasing projects in these countries are also moving and growing rapidly in the past years.

Brought exclusively by RICS, this 11-day overseas visit to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan will present delegates with first-hand understanding of the planning and execution of construction projects in these two countries, demand of surveying professional services and opportunities for Chartered Surveyors from Belt-and-Road projects.
