More than Musical's vision is to make opera more accessible, relevant and contemporary to Hong Kong's broad and diverse communities by presenting it in acompact,intimateandmodernway.Our productions focus on critical scenes, highlighting the drama and power of sensational arias in a more intimate venue without traditional stagings – a format which has become very popular in cities such as New York, Barcelona, London and Paris.With an open bar before, during and after the performance, we aim to offer the audience an entirely different artistic experience, where opera can be vibrant and fun!

More than Musical

OPERA ROCKS!  is a new live conversation series with young and rising opera stars to demystify this art form.

Our first guest is a former lawyer turned bass-baritone, recognized as “the smokey-voiced bass” by the New York Times. A native of Himeji Japan, Hidenori Inoue joins us live from New York City.
